Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruiting/staffing process Perform all required pre-employment background checks and license/certification verification Administer new hire orientation Prepare all required documentation necessary to process payroll Maintain personnel files Participate in the Nexion Neighbor Program Compile and maintain report data as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required Long term care experience is preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must have experience with ADP payroll processing Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing Compensation and Benefits PackageWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to include voluntary Medical, Dental, Vision, AD&D Benefits, LT/ST Disability, Life Insurance, Flex Spending Account and 401KEOE M/F/D/V Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Customer Service Long Term Care Payroll Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
