Duties
Managing the day to day operations of a Receptive Tour Company. Specializing in group tours of historic properites and events.
Creating packages for group tour operators Over see Marketing of products that are offered
Creating contracts and systems to insure happy clients
This is a day-time job- very few evenings if any. Work flexible days, including partial weekends and some holidays (closed Christmas and New Years Day). Some travel to major travel shows- such as ABA and Travel South.
Qualifications
Experience with a minimum three years in Resort/Hotel Tour & Travel Sales or Receptive Tour Operator or Historic properties background
Microsoft Office/ Excel and Quick books preferred but computer literacy is essential
Self-Motivated and results oriented
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
Excellent time-management skills and able to handle multiple priorities
Strong people skills, negotiating skills, decision-making capabilities, resourcefulness to conduct independent research and gather information to fully understand your market and strong analytical skills
Able to work with a board
Interested in obtaining group tour business to increase bonus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
